Slant 6 was formed in 1993 with Christina Billotte (of Autoclave) playing guitar and singing, Myra Power on bass and vocals, and Marge Marshall on drums. Soda Pop* Rip off*, was released through Dischord Records on Valentines Day 1994. Their 2nd full-length, INZOMBIA, is based on a true story of a reoccurring, infectious disease that periodically alters one's state of mind and is spread by the scratch of a dead cat. Slant 6 came to an end while on tour in England, and played their last show with Fugazi in Leeds in 1995.
