We were friends and I still tell this story, I can't believe I came across this.
The flyer shown is for the previous night's gig, not this one.
I'm embarrassed to say this is the show where I broke my back stage diving. Rather ironic at a Fugazi show, but I was young and stupid and never expected to find myself on stage after crowd surfing for my first time. I got nervous standing up there with the band and leaped off as quickly as I could, totally flying over the crowd and fracturing my lumbar vertebrae at the L2, L3, and L4 level. Can't wait to actually hear this show when it's available as I missed some on my way to the hospital.
