Please Note: Available recordings have been mastered to correct for volume shifts, drop outs, etc. but some sonic anomalies will still exist, especially early in the set when the mix is being settled. The band has rated each show for sound quality and set the general price of a download at $5 per show. If you have a different price in mind feel free to utilize the alternative pricing option.
This recording documents a long and varied set featuring many highlights and no less than 3 encores.
Fugazi were on fine form and everyone sounds like they were having a good time, with only a few interruptions due to heckling during quiet parts. .
The sound quality is indeed very good, with only a few anomalies.
At 2 hours and 3 minutes long this is the longest recording of a Fugazi show available at the time of writing.
It includes one of only 2 renditions of 'Hello Morning' currently available.
Highly recommended.
"Hey did anybody here go to the Quebec city demonstrations? Yeah?
I think that what's going on right now is that
the people who make these kinds of decisions think that
if they build enough walls and
if they put enough cops in front of them
then people will stop paying attention,
stop trying to demonstrate,
stop trying to figure out what's going on.
This is a song about continuing to pay attention,
a song about continuing to try to witness
what is going on behind the fence..."
