Dischord, I'm fairly certain this is the full 6/15/88 show (not 10/6/88), while what is currently on the 6/15/88 page a truncated version of that show missing Intro, Song #1, and Merchandise.
Upon downloading this show and being surprised that it sounded exactly like the 6/15 tape I got in Sept. '88 I've pulled out said tape comparing track listings and the actual music to this "10/6" download and the 6/15 download.
Plus at this 10/6 show I remember the following that is not on these files:
1) Fugazi headlining, not Fire Party
2) The set starting with someone playing trumpet
3) Amy singing part or all of Suggestion
4) And Ian thanking Honor Role (less sure of this)
I'm really hoping you have the real 10/6 tape because it was a great show that I would love to have.

Things were brutal, there was a bit of the tension at the 9:30 that evening. A kid from MD made a zine and handed it out, Fugazi did not find any humor in this contents of that bit of DIY xerox copy and fold job
I revisited this recording today.
It not only sounds really good (except for some notable anomalies during Song #1) but also features a killer performance (cf. Ian being quite talkative and engaging; Guy singing with a rarely matched passion reminiscent of his days in Rites of Spring).
It is the recording from '88 that I definitely recommend (from those released so far).
[Although it is not mentioned in the show details included on this webpage, it guess it should be added that Fire Party played as well on this particular occasion, since Ian refers to Fire Party being up after Fugazi finishes the set]

Please Note: Available recordings have been mastered to correct for volume shifts, drop outs, etc. but some sonic anomalies will still exist, especially early in the set when the mix is being settled. The band has rated each show for sound quality and set the general price of a download at $5 per show. If you have a different price in mind feel free to utilize the alternative pricing option.
This show is indeed the same show as the one listed on 6-15-1988. Buy this version over the other as it is the full version.
