Lost Origin LOGLT Evan Keeling Mount Full Of Glitter
Evan Keeling - Mount Full Of Glitter BOOK Limited Stock: 5 Available
I remember coming back to D.C. after that summer in Madison felt like a big deal; we played at the old 9:30 and at d.c. space in a very short span and it felt like we were welcomed in a real way. At the space show, for some reason I decided to cover my Sears Die-Hard boots in pink glitter. When I walked out on stage, my old pal Jesse Quitslund ran up and kissed my boot... only to get a mouthful of spray adhesive and glitter….

How did you join Circus Lupus?
Chrisbald 96 opened for Circus Lupus the first time they came through town (remember Chris Bald and Chris Thompson had been bandmates). At that point the bassist for Circus Lupus was Reg Shrader. Before long, Circus Lupus decided they wanted to move to D.C. from Madison, WI (Chris T. was done with school there) and didn’t want to take Reg with them. They asked me if I’d come to Madison for the summer, then drive back to D.C. I didn’t have much going on in D.C.; I’d just been rear-ended on my motorcycle earlier that year (1991) and was still recovering. So, I packed up my 1965 Mercury and drove out to Madison. I arrived there with $18 left and moved in with Arika.
