Lovitt Records Releases Website Back to list
Lovitt Records was founded by Brian Lowit in Greensboro, North Carolina in 1995. In 1998 Lovitt relocated to Arlington, Virginia, just outside of Washington, D.C. Lovitt has documented bands such as the Frodus, Impossible Five, Four Hundred Years, Sleepytime Trio, Rah Bras, and Bats and Mice. From initially exploring the quirky stylings of the Monorchid to the melodic drive of Engine Down, Lovitt is firmly committed to exploring a variety of genres while maintaining a no-nonsense, punk aesthetic.
